1.Ubuzima bw'umutima:
Avoka ifite ibinure byinshi bifasha kugabanya ibyago byo kurwara umutima.

Ifitanye isano n'umuvuduko ukabije w'amaraso, kikaba ari ikintu gikomeye gishobora kuvura indwara z'umutima, ubwonko, no kunanirwa kw'impyiko.
2.Ubuzima bw’ubwonko:
Avoka ikungahaye kuri folate, ishobora gufasha kuvura kwiheba no kongera intungamubiri nziza mu bwonko. Ishobora kandi gufasha abantu Babura ibitotsi ndetse yongera ubushake bwo kurya.

3.Ubuzima bw'impyiko n'umwijima:

7.Ubuzima bw’uruhu:
Avoka ikungahaye kuri vitamine C na E, byombi ni ngombwa mu gutuma uruhu rugira ubuzima bwiza kandi rukayaga.
Avoka irimo ibinure bya monounsaturated bifasha uruhu kugumana ubwirinzi mu gihe c’ibyorezo..
8.Ubuzima bw'amaso:
Avoka ifite ubushobozi bwo gutuma amaso akomeza gukora igihe kirekire mu gihe ugeze muzabukuru no kubungabunga ubushuhe busanzwe bw'amaso.
9.Ubuzima bw’umusatsi.
